Repairs
We will try to repair your machine onsite,
at a time of your convenience first, as we recognise the inconvenience
involved in unplugging and taking to a shop. It is easier
for us as we can see the whole picture and access software
more quickly.
If we are unable to repair your machine
on site, we will take it away and update you every day on
its progress.

Loan PCs
We can rent you a machine whilst yours is
being fixed, subject to availability. Some contracts will
include loan machines free of charge whilst your machine is
being repaired.

Health Check
We believe prevention is better than cure
and for this reason we are offering a new service. It would
be nice to have a full time IT Manager to look after your
PC, but we all know this is expensive. This service is available
to home and business users alike with one or more PCs from
£320 per year (Using a voucher scheme)
We will visit once every quarter, for two
hours, and check that your machine is running correctly and
that you have adequate protection form viruses and spy ware.

Slow Machine?
Most machines become infected with viruses
and spy ware, which make them run slow. Please note older
operating systems are more difficult to clear and protect.
As a special introduction offer, let us
check your machine and speed it up, for only £29.99
for up to two hours, on a best endeavours basis to protect
from viruses and spy ware. We will optimise your machine to
make it work as quickly as possible. |
